the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooftop view was amazing! the location was also convenient near ayasofia.
The street where the hotel is located is sometimes blocked for transportation, i had to walk a bit to find a taxi. This was inconvenient.

The street near the hotel was closed often so transportation access was limited. i had to walk quite a bit to find a taxi. this was inconvenient since i had some heavy bags. I wish the hotel would provide shuttle services.
