Wonderful stay with attentive staff

The staff was very polite and helpful. They arranged an airport transfer for me. I got an early breakfast due to a very early flight. The rooftop terrace was amazing. The sunset view was sensational, it reminded me of a dream. I appreciated the building's beauty. It added so much charm.
The street where the hotel is located was blocked sometimes. Finding transportation to and from the hotel was a challenge. I needed to walk a bit to find a taxi.

The breakfast had a great variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries; I found it quite convenient. The restaurant on the fifth floor offered panoramic views, this made every meal special. The staff ensured the dining area was always clean.

The hotel is situated near main attractions, that allowed easy exploration. Although located on a steep hill, the central location made it manageable. I could walk to several points of interest.

the hotel arranged an airport transfer for me. it upgraded my room upon arrival. the location is a short walk to the spice bazaar and the T1 tram stop.
the street where the hotel is located is sometimes blocked making transportation access slightly difficult.

the breakfast area is amazing. it has rooftop with views of the city, i loved it! the rooms were very clean and modern, for sure. the staff, so kind and attentive to all guests needs, they really are.
the street is blocked, and its a lack of access to transportation from and to the hotel, what?! i need to walk, maybe 15 minutes, to find a taxi, crazy. i had an inadequate room cleaning by housekeeping, its awful. there is no shuttle service, that would be amazing.

The street near the hotel was closed often so transportation access was limited. i had to walk quite a bit to find a taxi. this was inconvenient since i had some heavy bags. I wish the hotel would provide shuttle services.
